This course will cover various food items from basic to skilled. The students will be using knies, graters, food processors, hot plates, mixers and other various kitchen tools that will require attention to operate. Goals of this course include learning the proper use of kitchen tools and equipment, learning how to prep, clean, and maintain a cooking area.
