Teacher Recommendation Form
Parents: Each prospective student of Berean Christian Academy is required to submit a Teacher Recommendation as part of the Admissions process. Please ask your child's teacher to visit Bereanchristianacademy.org to fill out the Teacher Recommendation Form. To access the form, click on the Admissions drop down menu, and click on Teacher Recommendation Form. Your child's teacher MUST fill out and submit THEIR contact information in order to receive the official form. Please note: Prospective students will not be considered for admission until a Teacher Recommendation Form is submitted. Thank you.
