The Admissions Process

The admissions process described below is for applicants to the Garden School (Jr K- Kinder) Grammar School (1st - 6th) and Logic School (7th - 9th). We have created a thorough admissions process in an attempt not to be exclusive but to be inclusive of families who strongly desire a classical Christian education. Berean Christian Academy is a school committed to academic excellence and spiritual development. Instilling in students a love of learning and providing an orderly, nurturing atmosphere are our priorities. We are seeking to create a diverse student body that would be representative of different backgrounds and cultures. We desire to create a community where grace and respect override differences and a unity of the Holy Spirit prevails.

  5. Once BCA has received the completed application with all required documents and the student’s assessment score, applicants will be scheduled for a family interview with members of our admissions committee. The purpose of this interview is for discussing the compatibility of the student’s and family’s goals with the school’s methods and philosophy. This is an integral part of the admissions process.

  6. After careful consideration and prayer by our admissions committee, families receive notification of admission status, usually within two weeks of the family interview.
