Fee: $350 / student athlete
 
Includes participation in both programs: Fall Flag Football and Summer Conditioning
 
Registration includes a sport-specific bag and practice shirt.
 
Summer Conditioning:
Develops speed, agility, strength, endurance as well as confidence.
Dates: Weeks of June 9, June 16, June 23, June 30, July 14, and July 21
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays | Time: 8:30 – 10:30 am
Location: Faith West campus weight room and fields
 
Flag Football: 
In-season practice begins Monday, August 10th with a kick-off camp.
Parent Athletics Informational Meeting: August 6th @ Faith West Campus from 6:30–7:30 pm
Typical practice days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Additionally, HS will have shortened practices on Wednesdays and potentially, games on some Fridays.
