Berean Christian Academy utilizes the services of FACTS Grant & Aid to process our applications for financial aid. BCA's Financial Aid is need-based. FACTS Grant & Aid does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give, rather FACTS Grant & Aid provides a need-based financial aid analysis service which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition.

To be considered for financial assistance families must:

Complete the online FACTS Grant and Aid application. The cost of the FACTS application is $40.

Upload your most recent (2021 or 2022) tax return, including all forms and schedules, where prompted within the FACTS online application. Applications are not complete until all required tax returns and forms are received by FACTS Grant & Aid.

Families will only be considered for grant and aid once the application has moved to 'Verified' status.

Make sure to check the primary e-mail address regularly for notices sent by FACTS indicating missing information or tax documents. Award decisions are not made by FACTS, but by the Berean Christian Academy board of directors.
