Tuition Assistance

Berean Christian Academy utilizes the services of FACTS Grant & Aid to process our applications for financial aid. Families who have students entering 1st through 12th grade are eligible to apply for tuition assistance. Financial aid awards are based on need and require annual qualification. FACTS Grant & Aid does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give, rather FACTS Grant & Aid provides a need-based financial aid analysis service which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition.

To be considered for financial assistance families must:

  1. Complete the online FACTS Grant and Aid application. The cost of the FACTS application is $45. 

  2. Upload your most recent (2022 or 2023) tax return, including all forms and schedules, where prompted within the FACTS online application. Applications are not complete until all required tax returns and forms are received by FACTS Grant & Aid. 

  3. Families will only be considered for grant and aid once the application has moved to 'Verified' status. New families must complete the admissions process and be accepted before Financial Aid is awarded.

Make sure to check the primary e-mail address regularly for notices sent by FACTS indicating missing information or tax documents. Award decisions are not made by FACTS, but by the Berean Christian Academy board of directors.
