Admissions Timeline
We are no longer accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year. Admissions for the 2027–2028 school year will begin in October 2026. Below you will find an overview of our admissions timeline. For a detailed explanation of each step, please view our Admissions Process.
KINDER THROUGH 12TH GRADE ADMISSIONS TIMELINE FOR 2027 - 2028
October 2026
Informational Tours begin October 7. All prospective families must attend an Informational Tour before submitting an application.

October 15 - December 31, 2026
First Round Applications
Families applying for the first round may submit applications between October 15 and December 31, 2026.

Admissions decisions for First Round Applicants will be communicated by February 28, 2027.
​
Priority Enrollment for Siblings: Current BCA families with siblings who will be new applicants for the 2027–2028 school year must submit their application by December 31, 2026 to receive priority consideration for enrollment.

January 5 - 21, 2027
Re-Enrollment for Current Families
Current BCA families will complete the re-enrollment process for the 2027–2028 school year during this period.

January 1 - March 31, 2027
Second Round Applications
Families who did not apply during the First Round may submit applications between January 1 and March 31, 2027.

Admissions decisions for Second Round Applicants will be communicated by mid-May 2027.
April 1, 2027
Waitlist Applications Begin
Beginning April 1, 2027, applications received will be considered for the waitlist only. Placement will be dependent upon availability in the requested grade.
