Run Club

 

Instructor: Laura Thompson and Melody Eickmann

Description: BCA’s Run Club is intended to get students active and instill a love of running while developing lasting, healthy habits. Your child will learn the basics of running, build muscle and protect joints through fun dynamic warm-ups, and play running based games. Students set goals and track their miles through our running incentive program. We will participate in one team race at the end of the season. Fee includes a practice shirt.  **End of season race fees not included

Priority Registration for 4th and 3rd Grades; open to 2nd Grade after priority registration ends on Tue, Jan 3.
